Launching this month, Chef Gray Kunz is proud to introduce a selection of refreshing flavours and dishes that embrace a balanced lifestyle at Café Gray Deluxe, one of Hong Kong’s most iconic dining destinations.

Whole Roasted Cauliflower Spice Dukkah

The new Revitalising Menu features dishes that are vegan and gluten-free, complementing several other products already on the menu that are organic, non-GMO and sustainably sourced. The introduction of the carefully designed menu is in the interest of maintaining the well-being of guests and ensuring that they have the option to make a conscious choice, while still enjoying their dining experience.

Packed full of flavour and fresh ingredients, the new dishes include Organic Tomato Crudo and Candied Kelp, Kasundi and Fresh Seasonal Herbs, Whole-Roasted Cauliflower with Spiced Dukkah, Lemon Coulis and Buckwheat. Finishing on a sweet note, dessert features Organic Bitter Chocolate, Coconut and Seasonal Berries.
