Guests will choose their own local vegetables and spices with the assistance of Charlene as well as being able to do some shopping of their own in the town! In the evening, Charlene will welcome the guests to her house in the village of Trou d’Eeau Douce where they will take the produce bought at the market, to be cooked and prepared by Charlene before sitting down together for dinner.

The lesson begins with a guided visit to the local Si Fah morning market, where the freshest ingredients are picked for the day’s class.
