Tippling Club | A Unique Gastronomic Bar Experience


In a night of celebration, Tippling Club was proud to be awarded the #7 spot in Asia, and #3 in Singapore in the 3rd edition of Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2018 awards. The new ranking sees Tippling Club climbed four spots into the Top 10 placement in this year’s awards.


Held for the first time ever in Singapore, the award ceremony for Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2018 marked an evening of historic moments; celebrating the best bartending talents and top bars in Asia. Since the inaugural launch of its Sensorium menu in 2016, Tippling Club has received numerous awards and accolades recognizing the progressive approach of its cocktail menu.

In 2017, the second edition of the Sensorium menu and the world’s first edible cocktail menu – Dreams and Desires was introduced. Conceived by Tippling Club head bartender Joe Schofield and chef-owner Ryan Clift – in collaboration with International Flavors and Fragrances Inc. (IFF) – the first-of-its-kind concept was presented in the form of 12 edible gummy bears, creating a unique bar experience for bar patrons.

Tippling Club marks another historic moment this year with the celebration of its 10th anniversary, a triumphant milestone for chef-owner Ryan Clift, Head Chef, Ayo Adeyemi, and the culinary team for their unwavering pursuit of culinary excellence and continuous work to introduce innovative, ultra-progressive culinary and cocktail creations that cater to the palates of gastronomes the world over since 2008.

Tippling Club continues pushing boundaries of modern gastronomy and create an ever-evolving dining experience in their latest bar snack menu. Serving as a prelude to Tippling Club’s award-winning dining experience, the menu features mini versions of their iconic culinary creations in bite-sized portions.

Specially curated for bar patrons, the menu offers a 4–course and 5-course selection of snacks, as well as a selection of sandwiches to choose from. Each featuring Tippling Club’s hot favourites including the Smoked & Charred Peppers served with soy & wasabi, and Manchego Air Baguette served with jamon de bellota. Discover new favourites with the Big Mac Risotto, Tippling Club’s rendition of the famous fast food burger, carrying all the familiar flavours of a Big Mac and giving it a unique touch to it.

Tippling Club’s Textures of Coconut

The one-of-a-kind risotto also comes in a similar packaging, adding a fun touch to the dining experience. Supplementary to savoury bites, the bar snack menu also comes with a 3-course selection of sweet treats featuring Tippling Club’s signature Cheesecake Pills, Chocolate Bon Bons, and Textures of Coconut.
