This July and August, ATLAS presents a new bi-monthly executive lunch set, taking guests to Piedmont, Italy – the land of truffles.
Executive Chef Daniele Sperindio draws on his Italian heritage to offer eight new dishes for guests in search of an exquisite lunch experience within the grand Art Deco interior of ATLAS. The new bi-monthly executive lunch set will be available from Wednesday, 4 July onwards.
Located at the foot of the Alps, Piedmont is Italy’s second largest region, bordering France and Switzerland, and is famous for its amaretti cookies and truffles. This bi-monthly lunch set sees Executive Chef Daniele paying homage to this beloved region, with classic dishes reimagined in true ATLAS style.
Highlights from this new bi-monthly executive lunch set include “vitello tonnato” veal slices with tuna mayo dressing, roasted tomatoes and caper berries for starters, river rainbow trout and green asparagus with herb butter sauce for mains, and berries pannacotta with hazelnut sponge and milk crisp for dessert.
From a sophisticated business lunch to a restful respite from the bustling city, the ATLAS Executive Lunch offers a choice between two or three courses and is available from 11:30 am to 3.00 pm, Monday to Friday. For those looking to indulge, the set lunch can be further elevated with Head Sommelier Mason Ng’s specially curated wine pairings.
